Enterprise Go’s story began in 2011, inspired by Sophie’s time working at the Korea Trade Board. Surrounded by colleagues and clients who introduced her to Korean F&B culture, Sophie discovered Makgeolli — a traditional Korean rice wine. At the time, few Singaporeans knew about it.
“The Korean wave hadn’t fully hit Singapore yet. Hardly any marts were carrying Makgeolli, so I thought, why not bring it in myself?” Sophie recalls. What started with Makgeolli soon grew into a portfolio of beverages such as Soju, Korean teas, and other drinks. You can find the products they carry here.
In the beginning, Sophie had to educate the market and raise awareness about Korean beverages. Demand was modest, and processes were manageable with simple tools like Excel. But as the business grew, so did the complexity of tracking stock, sales, and finances.
For years, Enterprise Go relied on MoneyWorks, a finance-focused on-premise software. While useful for accounting, it lacked the robust inventory capabilities Sophie’s business needed.
“It was tied to one device, so if I wasn’t in the office, I couldn’t access anything. When I went on maternity leave, I had to literally hand over my laptop just so my colleague could process orders. That wasn’t sustainable,” she explains.
Limited functionalities also meant inventory wasn’t always accurate, requiring workarounds that slowed operations.
The turning point came at a business networking event, where Sophie heard about Zetta Solution. After arranging a demo, she was impressed by the system’s features — and with PSG grant support, Enterprise Go decided it was time to upgrade.
With Zetta, Enterprise Go’s operations became significantly more efficient:

Like many digital transformations, the early days came with trial and error. “There were some bugs at the start, and it was frustrating when orders were urgent. But the Zetta team worked closely with us, and the system is now a lot more stable,” Sophie shares.
